Eliana is pretty but I find it too common. It is pron. eh-lee-ah-nah and means "G-d has answered" in Hebrew.

I pronounce it as El-ee-anna. I don't care for it - I'd prefer Elaina (Ee-lane-uh).

Dunno, I would be unsure whether it was pronounced Ell-ee-AH-nuh or Ell-ee-AR-nuh. It's kinda pretty though.

I ADORE this name! The correct proununciation is eh-lee-AH-nah, not ellie-anna. I really, really like it. It's so pretty and feminine, but very uncommon.

This is an absolutely gorgeous name, imo. It's one of my favorites. I pronounce it el-ee-AH-na. DH, unfortunately, doesn't share my enthusiasm. He took one look at it and said "Eli Anna?" Whatever!
