I'd like Amelia Katherine, but since you have Alexandra already, I wouldn't choose Amelia, as I don't really care for double initials for siblings.

I like Charlotte Isabelle, and Isabelle Charlotte flows, too.

Thanks for your suggestion. Do you think it really matters if sibs have the same first initial? We're thinking of the name Amelia because we like the name, not because it has the same first initial as Alexandra.
