Re: Charles and Isabel

Are you a fan of Red Dwarf? My mother's in the fan club - she even made a Mr. Flibble puppet once! ;-)
I would go through the combos one by one and write a little essay, but I usually get bored that way and stop halfway through, which wouldn't be very useful. ^ ^
I like both Charles and Isabel (prefer "Charlie" and the spelling Isobel, though, but that's just me).
For Charles, my favourite combos on your list are Charles Angus and Charles Lachlan. I also like:
Charles Edward
Charles Tierney
Charles Emeric
Charles Rory
Charles Rhys
Charles Frank
For Isabel, I like Isabel Josephine the best, and also:
Isabel Margaret
Isabel Flora
Isabel Victoria
Isabel Verena
Isabel Rosalia
Isabel Maria (of course ;-))
Isabel Celeste
Isabel Daisy
Isabel Florence
Isabel Poppy
Isabel Bridget
Isabel Cecilia
Isabel Sunshine - (although I think Sunshine would get a few raised eyebrows, Isabel Sunshine has a very nice flow and looks nice on the page (actually, for flow, I think Isabella Sunshine sounds better, but I don't like Isabella as much as Isabel))
Isabel Beatrice
Although I don't nessecarily (sp?) like the names, I think these ones flow well:
Charles Augustus
Charles Darcy
Charles Patrick
Charles Frederick
Charles Henry
Charles Finley
Charles Percival
Charles Angus
Charles Tierney
Charles Emeric
Charles Alastair
Charles Sidney
Charles Alaric
Charles Benedict
Charles Rupert
Charles Gregor
Charles Lachlan
Charles Frank
Isabel Frances
Isabel Margaret
Isabel Carys
Isabel Verena
Isabel Lavender
Isabel Lilias
Isabel Maria
Isabel Josephine
Isabel Celeste
Isabel Daisy
Isabel Florence
Isabel Sunshine
Isabel Beatrice
Hope I was helpful. :-)

I've been a Red Dwarf fan for as long as I can remember, I was brought up on it. I've started to watch it again on UKTV G2 and I'm planning to replace our worn out videos with DVDs (have you seen the extras! :D )
I would actually use Sunshine as a first name but then my taste does border somewhat on the eccentric.

Lister: Kryten 2X4B 523P? Is that your full name?
Kryten: Yes, but I don't like the 2X4B. Such a dorky middle name. Then again, I knew an android who's middle name was 2Q4B.

I was brought up on Red Dwarf too! In fact, I'm the same age as it. ;-) Rimmer was the first man I had a thing for (when I was about 6 or 7!) and I used to get my mother to draw a H on my forehead. Recently, I've got my friend Laura addicted as well.
I haven't seen all the extras, but my mother has - she gets the DVDs pretty much the moment they come out. In fact, she's watching it right now on UKG2, but I imagine you are as well. ;-)
