Paloma.
I am completely in love with this name. It doesn't really fit my style, but I love the meaning. (Dove) I think it has a quirky, feminine feeling to it. Middle names? Siri

I love it, too. I doubt I'd ever use it, but only because there are other names I love more. But I agree it has a "quirky, feminine" feel. I'd be friends with a girl named Paloma. :b

Paloma Irene immediately came to mind as a great combo, not sure why. It's funny that you came up with that combo. :b

Well, it means dove of peace together so...Paloma Damaris is nice too, instead of Damiana.

I love it too, although it's not my style either - because it sounds so Spanish to me and I'm not Spanish. It reminds me of Paloma Picasso too. Fortunately I don't associate it with high fashion or anything like that too much, though - it's just a lovely name, not too fancy, and I like the meaning too. (Perfect name meaning imo - something in the natural world with particular admirable/pleasant characteristics, and with fairly neutral but complex symbolism.)- chazda

Agree w/ the name meaning...... that is the reason I picked it.

It's a beautiful name. Paloma Helen strikes me as being very grounded, despite the first name's flighty feeling.Array

Haha, did you get Paloma from when I was posting about the Sheen's & Estevez's children the other day? It's very pretty, although for some reason I keep think of Palm when I say it, haha.

Yes, and No. :-)Paloma has been in the back of my mind ever since I met a little girl named it. She attends the preschool at my church, and is full of energy. Your post just brought it to the front. :-)

I don't care for it. It sounds like a brand name to me (I think of Palmolive soap - not sure about that spelling, though), and I don't find it feminine or pretty. As for middle names, I suggest Paloma Rose and Paloma Nadine.

I love it too :-) It's the name of one of my favorite dancers. I've always really liked the combo Paloma Alejandra, but that may be a bit much?
