I really like the name Claire-spelled that way. Clare is okay, but looks funny.

Sorry but I find Claire extremely boring. It just seems to have no substance. Clare is better - it somehow seems more sure of itself, lol - but only for a middle name imo. I also like Clair, again only as a middle name.

Claire is a great name! Personally, I like it the way you spelled it (Claire).

I think it's elegant, but a bit short.
I only like what is to me the normal spelling: Claire. Clare reads klahr to me, and Clair is the male form, not used today.
