As you can see, using multiple posting names are strictly against the rules. You can be banned for doing so.

Well because Meghan is my sister and I happened to be at her house today and used her computer.....is there some rules against using others computers???

Always tell us when you and another poster are using the same computer. Otherwise we assume you're posting under two different names, and that's against the rules.
But this explanation still doesn't explain how Meghan also shares her IP number with Rebecca... And why you're considering Natalie as a name for your daughter when your sister already has a daughter named Natalie...
