I like the names (expect for Adrianna) but I think they're too close for siblings.

Favourite names are: Anouk, Audrey, Iris, Atticus, Henry and Starling

I like both names (though I prefer Adriana), but as siblings they're way too close for me. Especially if they're twins, since twins can have enough difficulty developing their individuality without twinny names.

I like them,. Similar enough to be considered twin sisters, but dissimilar enough to be considered just sisters. But i would pronounce "Ara" Ahr-uh.

Pretty names! I like them. The nicknames are nice too.

Arabella and Adrianna are nice names but, I don't think that they have good nicknames. I would prefer Bella and Anna if I were them. Also, Claire and Dawn don't sound very good with the first names. Adrianna sounds better with Marie, Corrine or Guinevere. Arabella would sound better with Lilianne, Cassidy or Elise.
