I don't care for Dorian (and not for any associations, as I don't let that bother me). I think it's a weak sounding name - too feminine, and not strong enough. Lorraine is becoming a new favorite of mine (it's competing with Loretta). I think it makes a better first name than middle name, but it could go either way. I would suggest Dorian Matthew, Donna Lorraine, and Lorraine Francesca.
