Here's what I got...I found that Abella is a town Campagna, Italy. I couldn't find anything for France or England, but I found Inns with the name Abella in it, in France and England, so I probably just scrolled right over it. :) I found a ton of people with Abella as their surname, but I couldn't find any exact information regarding it as a surname. I did find feminine versions of Abel: Abelia, Abelie, Abella, and Abelle (from www.christianforum.com). On www.weddingvendors.com, I found Abela as the Hawaiian form of Abel, and a variant of Apela. But, those sites probably are not the most reliable.Hopefully that answered some questions, and didn't make new ones arise! :)
