I like Kira best, actually. Keira is probably my second favorite spelling. No one would pronounce Ciara correctly--sad but true. Keara is ok, but with it and Kiera, it looks like they might be pronounced like kee-AIR-ah (ugh). Not a huge Cara/Kara fan, though. It seems dated to me for some reason.
