Cute as a twin set and also just as a sib set.
Scarlett Arielle is beautiful, but I dislike Sadie Louise. Where I live, there is a slang word "sadie" and Lousie is a super-overused filler mn (equivalent to US Grace, maybe even worse as it's been overused for longer).
Even if it's just incidental, I'd avoid matching first initials for twins.

Scarlett and Sadie are far too similar in sound, in my opinion. I don't like either name, and I think Arielle Scarlet (prefer this spelling) and Sadie Louise (better yet, Sara Louise with the nickname Sadie, or Louisa Sadie) would sound much nicer together.
I like that spelling of Arielle, though. Good choice.
