I love it. My favorite name, Isla, is also after a Scottish island (Islay) but unfortunately the two names are too similar in sound for me to use together, imo.

I also like Elsa, but prefer Ailsa for some reason, though the "ale"/"ail" in it isn't the best sound. I still love the name, though.
