I prefer Sophia with Sophie as a nickname. Sophie as a formal name sounds very immature, and I dislike nicknames as formal names.

Great taste! Sophia and Julia are both on my top 10 list. In this case, I prefer Julia. I think it flows better, both with the middle name and your last name.
