. . . that Megan, Melissa etc are invented (they're just the characters in a set of stories) and that the octuplets are a hoax (no set of octuplets have ever survived). Brandon et al are real and are the largest multiple-birth set to have ever all survived. :-)

Um I saw a documentary on Octuplets. I'm pretty sure they were real. I don't think those were the names, but I know there were octuplets on t.v.

There have been plenty of octuplets, but I've never heard of an entire set surviving birth. Most of the time the majority or all of the babies are so small that they are stillborn or die shortly after birth.

Certainly there were *not* a set of all-girl octuplets born in the mid-1980s who all survived and had normal enough health to be all in a gymnastics team together! :-)

Tea I know but I was putting them bc someone made them up and picked names that they thought went together. I wanted to know what other people thought.
