Natasha. It's not a favorite of mine, but I choose Natasha. Harley is a boy's name, for crying out loud! It's fully masculine. I don't care for Harley, but it should be only used for a boy. I think of the motorcycle and, I know a man named Harley.

Natasha, Harley reminds me of the bike which are called Hogs not very flattering for a girl!

Natasha, no question. Harley is a dog's name to me, and a boy's name if it must be used on a human at all.

Natasha. Harley's masculine to me.

Natasha is the better of the two in my opinion. Harley sounds more like a boy's name to me.
