WDYT of Adena?

I had nicknamed my friend Adam this one day when our friends and I decided to try to give everyone a name of the opposite gender. I was simply changed to Kerry since it's originally a male name. I think Mary turned into Mark and I don't remember what we named Josh.

I'm really not sure how we came up with Adena, but I like it. : )

I think Adena's pretty. I was in a play with a girl named Adena once...she was an amazing actress...so that's what I always picture an Adena to be: an actress.

I think it's pretty, but it seems to sound a bit medical(probably because of edema). Adena and Adamina, an actual feminine form of Adam, are close.

I have a soft spot for Adina/Adena. When I was about 8 I got a baby name book for my birthday and this was one of my favorites.
