I'm torn. Part of me really likes the name but another part of me finds it a bit "too much", like you said. DH and I have considered it but probably wouldn't use it for a fn either. I've never met anyone with the name.
Although I'm not a huge fan of 2 mns, Ava Tallulah Iris sounds good together.
