My faves from BtN's Scottish list are:
Kirsty - one of the rare names that I think strikes a balance between cute and grown-up femme.
Elspeth - sweet and wispy
Marsaili - I'd Anglicize the spelling a bit more; phonetic for me would be Marcely (stress is on first syllable).
Sheena - I know, I know - she's of the jungle, she's a punk rocker, or whatever... I still think it's a beautiful name! This is the anglicized spelling of Sine (funny accent over the i).

I love Elspeth, Ailsa, Amabel, Catriona (Catrina), Greer, Maura, Rowena. These are more Scottish.
I love the Irish/Gaelic names- Aine (Awn-ya), Deidre, Eabha (Ava), Laoise (Lee-sha, although the original spelling reminds me of lice), Maeve, Saoirse (Seer-sha), Eibhlinn (Ave-leen).
I know a family (the parents moved here from Ireland):
DH: Martin
DW: Helen
DD: Teresa
DD: Aine
DD: Eiblinn
DD: Sinead
DD: Roisin
I just think their names are great :-)

I think the most beautiful gaelic name EVER is Caelyn (pronounced Kay-lin)... it means "loved forever".
It's my future daughter's name.
