I only like the spelling Kiera ... Although I'm sure it's usually not the case, I always assume people who choose Keira just don't know that when anglicising Gaelic names, "ie" is how "ia" is rendered (Ciara --> Kiera). Were Keira an anglisation from Irish, it would in fact be pr'd KYE-ra, which it isn't of course :-/
Anyhow, mns I like ...
Kiera Juliet
Kiera Brogan
Kiera Briony / Bryony
Kiera December (prefer Keara December)
Kiera Fawn
Kiera Guendolen / Gwendolyn
Kiera Harriette
Kiera Gwenyth
Kiera Joscelin
Kiera Scarlett / Keara Scarlet (well there are 101 combinations of spellings here)
Keara Marsaili MAR-sa-lee
Kiera Lavender *** my fave :-)
Kiera Madeline, Madelyn, Madoline ...
Kiera Mirabelle MIR-a-bel
Kiera Patience
Kiera Serenity *** another fave :-)
Keara Sapphire
PS - I also like Ciara and Keara :-)

I absolutely love this name! A middle name would depend on the surname to make sure the name sounded right as a whole.
Last name starts with a p.
I have to admit, I usually have a million ideas, but I'm lost on this one. I like Keira Marie though, its sounds Irish to me, I don't know if that would be a good or bad thing in your situation.
What do you think of Keira Noelle even though it won't be a Christmas baby? I love the name, but my husband thinks that we can't name it that because Noelle means Christmas.
I dont think that matters at all, people call their children namesakes all the time. Noelle is a beautiful name, so is Joelle.
