David?
Replies
I love David. Its classic, biblical, but still way over used. I like it more for a mn, with a less common fn. However, if used for a first name, I suggest no nn, especially not Dave. David is a wonderful name, and I only like nn for names that are long or a mouth full.
I have never seen David as boring, unless by boring you mean popular and seen everywhere. Therefore, I am not sure how to make it more "interesting". If you are concerned about the popularity, I really suggest it as a mn with a not so common fn or a mn that is really not so common.

I can't tell why, but I can't stand this name. It has a pleasant sound (and the English pronunciation is much better, imo, than the Catalan, duh-VEET), and it doesn't look "ugly", but I don't like it at all, never have. Maybe that's because I haven't specially liked any David I've met.
Sorry, I just don't like it.
About middle names, maybe (I don't really know what is "interesting" up there):
David Nathaniel
David Thaddeus
David Ciaran
David Thane
David Milo?
Eva
