I don't care for the name, but I choose the spelling Eliana - looks cleaner. I prefer the name Elaina (EE-lane-uh). I like Ella, Anna, and Anne as formal names.

I like Grace, and only as a middle name, as you've listed it. I like Ella Grace as a full name - Ella being the first name, and Grace being the middle name.
