I think Clover is beautiful and would go for Clover Isabel. Isabella and Alyssa are too fussy with your other names.
If you change you mind about Clover (don't!)then I would go for Hazel Isabel, Violet Isabel or Iris Isabel
Ivy Patricia
Poppy Joyce
Rose Ellen - really lovely
Clover Isabel
A very nice sibset :)

Thanks, I'll consider this one. It does seem to fit well with other mns. A.T.
Hmmm. Tough choice! Both C. Isabel and C. Alyssa are very, very nice.
Personally I happen to find the name Alyssa more appealing than Isabel, but I can't really say it's a better combo than with Isabel. I think Isabella is too frilly compared to the sisters' middle names, though. Have you asked Ivy, Poppy and Rose which they think is best?
If you have any more daughters to name, I hope you'll consider Fern too :-D

I'd go with Clover Isabel. I do love the name Clover, though I'd never use it and dh wouldn't ever agree to it anyway. It used to be at the very top of my list.
Ivy Patricia and Rose Ellen are very beautiful, but Poppy Joyce is kinda trashy to me... As for Clover, I find it not pretty and it's not a name to me, I don't see it on a person at all...
I like Isabel and Isabella a lot, Alyssa is nice.
If you want your theme, what about:
Alyssa as a fn

Iris
Jasmine
Keziah
Laelia
Laura
Laurel
Laurence
Lilia
Lily
Linnea

I used to adore the name Clover.
Then I outgrew it. I think Iris would be better, as its much more established. Iris Isabel is quite pretty. If you have to use Clover, Clover Isabel.

Sorry, but I don't like naming themes for siblings - in your case, the flower/plant theme. I don't care for the name Clover. It says it a female name, but I don't think it's feminine. It reminds me of the male name Clovis. But, I don't like it for a boy, either. I like the middle names Isabelle (that spelling), Isabella, and Alyssa.
Oops! forgot to ask which do you think sounds best?
