My cousin is Gail Marie but I have also seen it spelled Gayle.

I don't like the spelling Gail. My aunt is called Gayle and it looks a bit creative, but I think I prefer it to Gail.

I would only spell it Gail if you intend for it to come from Abigail. Gale's alright if it comes from the vocabulary word. Anything else is kre8iv imo.

I like it. I had a good friend named Gail in junior high -- one of the only good things about junior high was Gail. Her name was probably Gayle, but I can't remember. I like Gail better, I think. I dislike Abigail.

I don't like the name, but I prefer it spelled as Gayle. I like Alexandra (with Zandra as a nickname), and I only like Austin for a boy. I don't think any of those combos flow.
