I live in the Midwestern US and every Anthony I've known has pronounced their name with the "th" sound. However, I've always known that the "t" sound is also an acceptable pronunciation so I must have heard it sometime somewhere when I was younger. On a related note, almost every Anthony I've met has gone by the nn Tony.

I like it with the "TH" sound but I think that if I named my child Anthony I would just call him Tony...
