In the States, yes, it is becoming unisex. If you dislike unisex names then I suppose it is becoming one to be avoided. I don't dislike them, personally, on either gender. I prefer Ryan on a girl, although I still strongly dislike it, purely because I'm so bored to tears of hearing it on boys.
