Add: Oh, and is it EE-ver-ly? or Eh-ver-ly? I had an ancestor Ever pronounced EE-ver (which is a really old-fashioned nn I guess) so I'm just wondering. If it's Eh I would say Patrice and if it's EE I would say Paris.

I don't care for it. It isn't feminine to me, and the word ever really stands out. I also think of The Everly Brothers band. Anyway, I would suggest it as a middle name, or pair it up with a nice feminine name. I suggest Patricia Everly or Everly Jane.

I think its beautiful and not trendy at all if you don't use the Eve nn. I like the nn Evie (eh vee) if you are going to use one at all.

Its a surname, with the nickname Eve/Evy built right in. Unless I was a big Everly brother's fan, I wouldn't use it. As for middle names..Everly Prudence is the only name that comes to mind.
