Morgan
I just recently began liking this for a boy. I never really liked it for a girl, but I thought it was more girly because the only person I know named Morgan is a girl. But of course there's the gymnast Morgan Hamm so that associates it to a guy.
Anyway, I am really starting to like this for a boy and was just wondering what everybody thinks of it. Boy, girl, unisex? Like it or dislike it?
Thanks :)

I think it works well on a boy or girl. I actually do not a preference on who I prefer it for. I think it is a nice name. Not too popular but not unheard of.
I'd only heard this name used on girls before and hated it! but it seems to really fit as a boys name and I love it but only for that sex.
My little niece is named Morgan Hailey, after her daddy Richard Morgan. It works on either sex, and I love it.

I hate it for a girl. Love it on a boy! Enough said.
I love Morgan for a boy, it's a favorite of mine. For a girl, I hate it, and don't even see it as a girls/unisex name, despite the popularity

I LOVE it for a boy. I've known more Morgans that were girls, but only a handful of boys named Morgan. Morgan Freeman is a popular male Morgan, and it seems like it's gaining some popularity for boys in some circles these days. I recently took care of a baby (in the NICU where I work) and couldn't tell by the sign over the bed if it was a boy or a girl, and all it said was "Morgan." I thought to myself, 'I bet it's a girl, darn it.' But it was a boy. :)
I like Morgan. To me it is a unisex name, but I prefer it on a boy. I think of Morgan Freeman.
I like it for both. I like it for a girl, but I'm also starting to like it for a guy.

It's unisex to me, but if I were going to use it myself it'd be for a male. I like it a tad better that way.
I like it except for one minor thing (which I would never think of in real life, but someone pointed out here once, and it gave me a laugh): it has the word 'organ' in it, so it looks sort of like - "M'organ," or "my organ." Hehee. Well, there would be teasing potential for a kid named that, but I don't think of it when I meet people named Morgan. ..only when I see it on the board.

I once met a boy named Morgan, and his friends would tease him by says..."Big M little organ." That deterred me from the name for a little while, but now I really like it again for a boy.
I hadn't thought of that. :-
I actually slightly dislike the "morgue" sound in it, though.

Well there is Morgan Freeman (male actor) and Morgan Fairchild (female actor). I had a prof. named Morgan (male) so it is pretty unisex to me. I do prefer it for a boy. I do like the name.
I like Morgan for boys and girls
It is unisex..but I don't like it either way.
