I would go for Sophia, I love this name and it also looks better with Emilia in my opinion

I love both! Sophia is one of my favorites and I like it best as a first name. Sylvia has significant meaning to me so I would like to use it as a mn (not with Sophia though :-)

I'd go with Sophia, because personally I think Sylvia sounds incredibly dated. And Sophia and Emilia sound lovely together.

Both are very pretty names, but I think I'd go with Sylvia, simple for the fact that it seems less popular at the moment.

Oh, that's hard! I love both names. If popularity bothers you, then perhaps Sylvia, although I don't think Sophia is extremely popular. The ia of both names, I think, clash with Emilia, though.

Silvia is more unusual, although both names are nice. I prefer the Silvia spelling because it reminds me of silver :-)

Sophia. I love the look, the sound, everything about it! I think Emilia and Sophia make a great sib set!
