I prefer the spelling Juliette, and I never think of the Shakespeare play. How come you only want a one syllable middle name? For example, Juliette Miranda is very nice. If it's for surname reasons, then I suggest Juliette Faye (although I don't care for Faye). By the way, Juliette Rose is lovely.
