Just looked up "The Four Feathers" on imdb.com and found out Kate Hudson's character's name was spelled Ethne. On this site, it says it's a variant of Eithne but doesn't give a pronunciation. So maybe Ethne is pronounced "ETH-nee." Sorry to ramble on about it...
