Weird.
I like August for a boy. Maybe May for a mn for a girl.

Yes def. I think the month names are very cute, including September, August(on a girl) and January.
I like April and June as a middle name.
I love
April
May and
June
However, I wouldn't give these names to triplets. June/Junia is my favorite out of the three. However, as my daughter's name is Julia, I guess June is ruled out :-)
March would make a great mn, too.
I don't care for August, though.
September, October, and November would be unique. I might just be tempted to use one of these if the baby was due at an appropriate time.

Yes, I would, but only if the child (or pet, for that matter) were actually born/adopted or conceived in the said month. I apply the same philosophy to astrological names (Leo, Astraea [Virgo], etc) too, btw.
For girls, I like April, May, and June. For boys, I like August, March, and maybe January (see Janus and Gennaro). For both, I like July.

EDIT: Stupidly put July in with the girls

How do you pronounce Astraea?
I guess either as-traye-uh (as in 'aye') or as-TRÉ-uh (that's the best way to describe the long e sound which doesn't exist in English.)

I don't know for sure
I used to say as-STRAY-ah, but it could be as-STRAY-ee-ah, as-STRAH-ee-ah, or something else.
I asked over on the Name Facts Board: http://www.behindthename.com/bb/arcview.php?id=109379&board=gen. Someone there may know for sure.

I like April, May, & June. I had an Aunt Mae. I've thought about using April in honour of my Opa who's bday was in April. If I had a boy I name him Augustus, it sort of a month name or at least based on one.
