I adore the name Isabel Marina! My dh and I have considered that name too, although I'm not sure now that I would want to use it since I've seen several other people mention the same combo in the last few weeks, and Isabel seems to be getting so popular.

I love Marina as a first name, too.. maybe I'm slow but I can't think of why it would have much teasing potential (I mean, I can think of things, but nothing that I think is very obvious to little kids..)
