I absolutely love the name Sofia, and I love it spelled that way, too. If it were me, that is the one I would go with. For me, liliana is a bit of a tongue twister and would almost immediately be shortened to "lily" whether you like it or not. Of course, the same might be true for Sofia, but it is less trouble to say and I think it is prettier...
