love the name Damian

I personally like both names. I like Damon well, but I prefer Damian. I've never seen The Omen, so I don't associate it w/that, but I doubt I would anyway. If I really liked a name, I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't think of demon when I hear Damon, I think of Matt Damon. I love Damien on the other hand, this spelling.

Damon reminds me of Demon but I love love Damian.

Damon seems like the name for a very dark and cynical child, but that's mostly because I know a guy named Damon who is very much like that. So, while I can't say the name is "ruined" for me (I actually rather like him), it does seem too "mean" of a name for any future child of mine, at least. I think "demon" would only become a problem if the child were somewhat like it, perhaps if he was a trouble-maker, or he was interested in that sort of thing.

I really like Damian. The creepy little kid from The Omen doesn't bother me (mainly because I've never seen that movie ;)). I prefer Damian over Damon.

I love Damian it's on my top ten list.

I dont mind them, although I probably wouldnt use them. I prefer Damon over Damian, but for some reason I like Damien more than Damon.

I don't care for Damon but I love Damian. It is strongly associated with The Omen but I would still use it anyway. It's a great name. I also like the spelling Damien. I don't remember which spelling was used in the movie.

I like both Damon & Damian. I actually know someone named Daymon as well.
