My older brother is called Simon and I've never really liked the name!! It always gets used for nerdy, but often sweet guys on tv and in movies, which I find interesting. Anyway, I'm starting to think it's not so bad lately myself, since I met this really nice guy, who is also cute, who is named Simon! I don't find it too dated either, I think it's more of a classic name that is not overly used.
