[Facts] Re: What does the name Zeon mean?
in reply to a message by Jesica
Two possible meanings/etymologies come to mind:
1) Zeon in Greek means "boiling" and "vital". Its female form would be Zeousa. Its ulitmate
etymology derives from the God Zeus.
2) Zeon is a corruption of Zion, the mountain on which Jerusalem is built. In such case,
the name would be of fond significance to Jews, Christians and Rastafarians.
