I'm quite liking Meredith at the moment, for either a boy or a girl. WDYT? (Bear in mind, it probably could be carried off on either gender here, as it's virtually unheard of on either, whereas in the States it's definitely established on girls.)

I only like Meredith on a boy, as it was truly originally a male name, carried (as Maredudd) by five kings of Wales. That said, I like:

And for a girl, based purely on sound:
Laurel Meredith
Esmée Meredith
Rosa Meredith
Meredith Layla - Favourite spelling of Layla here
Meredith Lake - But Lake sounds like a male name to me

I like it on either sex. I think it sounds more masculine on a male if it's pronounced like original Maredudd .. with the stress on the second syllable: meh-RED-uth (with very little hiss to the final consonant); and MAIR-uh-dith on a female.

I prefer Meredith on a girl, personally.

As is typical with me, I prefer Meredith on a boy (with this name, it is truly originally a boy's name). I like most of your boy combos, and the girl combos are OK, except that I prefer Meredith on a boy.

I like Meredith Lake a lot, that'a pretty. For boys (although I'm not crazy about Meredith on a boy) Meredith Farrell and Lochlann Meredith are nice.
