You've been here long enough to know the rules about using caps and what not. It's getting annoying.

sorry I keep forgetting. at first I thought you meant caps like I was shouting, I was thinking "no I wasn't?" but now I get what you mean.

However where does it say in the rules that it has to be capitalized? Just asking, as I can't find it. Though I understand it looks nicer when capitalized.
