Help[Opinions] Unusual BAs from Orange County
I love looking at different naming styles across the country. Interesting things I found here:
- Boys' names are way more conservative than the girls'. That's true everywhere, but it seems really clear from this sample. Even the unusual boys' names here aren't too weird at all.
- Tons of Hawaiian names! Definitely leaning towards the more basic side (Kai, Leilani, etc.) but still...much be the beach culture.
- And there's a lack of Biblical names. I think in the entire month (about 2-3 times as many babies as listed here) the only Biblical names used were Jacob and Ethan (one of each). No Joshuas, no Abigails, no Hannahs. Maybe it was just a weird month there.

Henry Ross (Genevieve)- Henry is borderline ok. Don't like Ross at all. Genevieve is gorgeous.
Kai Walter - I always look at Kai as the German/Dutch etc version, it seems to be getting very popular here (Sydney Aus). Walter is not my scene at all but maybe a family name.
Keanu Allen - really don't like Keanu. Allen is alright - a family name for me.
Kevin Fernando - no and no
Stephen Drake - Stepehen is boring. Drake is a bit spunky.
Ava Brynnleigh - very popular. Brynnleigh is too kr8tif for me.
Ava Lola - Ava number 4000 please stand up! Lola is cute but nothing I would ever use.
Delaney Riann - nms
Elle Hillary - nms
Hana Aisha - I like this spelling of Hana. Aisha def. nms.
Jaycie Sandra - oh no.
Kylee Bell - has a cute ring to it but can't see it on her when she is an adult.
Leila Kaleoaloha - used to love Leila as a kid, it's sweet.
Lilian Rene - ok
MacKenzie Skylar-Bobbi - pass the sick bag pls.
Nia Leilani - Nia is nice. I am sorry but I can not stomach Leilani, too sickly sweet for me.
Peyton Sienna - can't get on the Sienna bandwagon for some reason. Doesn't appeal to me at all.
Shaela Mairead - cute!

Henry Ross (Genevieve) - I don't think this is too out there. Genevieve and Henry is a nice sibset.
Kai Walter - Kai is a really cool name. But I think Walter brings Kai down a bit.
Keanu Allen - Allen is way too old-fashioned and Keanu reminds me of a movie star (Keanu Reeves???)
Kevin Fernando - Kevin is a bit too biblical for me, but Fernando reminds me of Abba's song.
Stephen Drake - Drake would be cute if it was used on the right kid. I have a bad experience with a Stephen
Ava Brynnleigh - Ava is cute. They must have cought the creative-spelling-fever for Brynnleigh though. If it was spelt Brinley it would be a cute combo.
Ava Lola - Another Ava! This name is just getting way too popular. But the combo is nice.
Delaney Riann - Delaney is too old-fashioned and I'm sure if I met a girl Ryan then I would think that it's adorable (It's wierd because I don't like it now, but I normally do like boys names on girls eg Hayden.) I don't like the spelling of Riann though.
Elle Hillary - I prefer the spelling Hilary. I like this combo though.
Hana Aisha - I think this combo lookes great. I would like Hannah Alisha much better though.
