Diana is pretty, but I find it too heavy. I also dislike Di as a NN, though it is somewhat inevitable.
Diana Rosalind is the nicest from your list. I would caution against Diana Jacqueline, though. Diana being the former Princess and Jackie being a former premier American First Lady. The combo together seems a little too much.
