I really like them both. Elise is a great Elizabeth variation. Mila will have few problems with pn and possible spelling by just hearing the name. Otherwise, I really cant decide. Elise would probably be my choice, but Mila is so much more uncommon, which I love.

I prefer Mila out of the two. The is something refreshing about it. I picture Elise more on an older person & Mila more on a younger person.
