I love it! It's very elegant and pretty but also classy imo, and I would seriously consider using it one day. I'm not too keen on Ella as a nn because there are so many around at the moment. Ellie, Ana, Lia could also work.

I think a one syllable name would go best with it, though I'm not very good at those for girls. The usual suspects would be:
Eliana Joy / Faith / Grace / Rose / Hope
