I like this name but I actually prefer the name Richelle or Rachelle. Rochelle does sound a bit more harsh. :)

This is one of my top ten girls' names. I like it best as a mn, but it's always nice to see as a fn as well. I don't think it's too nice, and it's a nice alternative to the popular Rachel or Michelle.

I don't find it too hard, but I do find Rochelle unattractive. I can't put my finger on why, though.

I know a woman named Rochelle, but everyone calls her Shelley. I think Rochelle sounds a bit dated but not too harsh.

I don't think it's harsh necessarily, but it does remind me of roaches. I don't really like it.
