I would pronounce Eleri like Ellery, eh-LAIR-ee, or EH-ler-ee. eh-LAIR-ee is pretty, but it's too close to the word "hilarious" for my liking. Eleri Katherine flows nicely. I honestly don't care for the name Katharine though. How about Eleni?

As for Miriam, I think that it's very pretty. I don't think that it's too serious.
