The Kozel family live in a large apartment in Sydney, Australia.
Morgan Vivian, the father of the household, works as a teacher in a local primary school. He has black curly hair and hazel eyes and is an extremely sensible person, although tends to be very inattentive and can get distracted easily. In his spare time, he enjoys an array of sports, especially boxing and ice-skating.
Morgan has been living with Tulip Jordan for the past twenty years. Tulip has recently become a partner at the lawfirm she's been working at for the past fifteen years. Her true ambition, though, is to work with animals, and, once she has enough money, she would like to open her own pet shop. Tulip has light brown wavy hair and brown eyes, and, while a sensitive person, she can also be rather dishonest.
Leela Anastasia is the couple's eldest daughter. With straight red hair and blue eyes she looks little like either parent, taking instead after her great-grandfather in the way of looks. She is a sports fan, like her father, and is fun-loving to the point of rowdiness.
Asha Felicity, their second daughter, is also fun-loving, although she tends to be messy as well. She's very artistic, and with dark brown curly hair and grey eyes, she looks a little like each parent.
Vivek Caeser, their third child and eldest son, is the quiet one. He's very sensitive - although mischevious with it - and, like Asha, he loves art. He has dark brown wavy hair and brown eyes.
Next are the triplets; Sita Violet, Sanjeev Victor and Singh Jaret. While Sanjeev and Singh are identical, with very straight, dark brown hair and brown eyes, Sita has red curly hair and, in honour of her name, violet eyes. While the boys are visually identical, their personalities are anything but. Sanjeev is a people person, and has lots of friends. He is fun-loving, like his two eldest sisters, although mischevious with it. Singh, meanwhile, is an animal-lover, like his mother. He's kind although, like his father, tends to be inattentive.
Sita is another artist, this time sensitive and messy.
The baby of the family is Devraj Tate. Dev has red ringlet curls and violet eyes. He's a wonderful cook, and is very sensible, although sometimes dishonest.
The family also have a goat, Sir Bleatington*.
