I love Rafferty, but its so closely linked with icky Jude Law that it makes my stomach turn a bit & there is a strong possibility that someone will turn it into Raffy, which I detest.
Raleigh - I like it for either gender, in a sort of New York Society Way - meaning, I'd never use it but it does intrigue me like the name Topper.
Sigourney - meh, right up there with Mortimer - nothing attractive about this name to me at all.
Royce - like Rolls Royce, sounds like you're trying to hard to sophisticated. I enjoy Rhys.
Rourke - definitely suits my style, however its not quite right. I enjoy Burke immensely though.
