I work with a woman named Neva and she pronounces it neh-vuh.

Given that it's extremely uncommon, I think you could get away with NEE-vah, NAY-vah, or NEH-vah.

My guess would be that it is pronounced exactly as it is spelt, nev-ah. I've never heard of it before. Sorry, I know that's no help...
