I love the look of Piera too. I would pronounce it as "pierre + a," but that's more of a guess. I've never heard it spoken.
Annabel is darling. But Luna has yet to make a convert of me. "Lunatic" is all I can think of.
Piera Joy and Piera Grace are lovely. Annabel Lark flows beautifully. I want to like Annabel Pearl as both names have the same quirky, old-fashioned style. But "-bel" and Pearl so close together doesn't scan well.
