Isabella and Elizabeth are both beautiful, traditional names which will age well. I personally prefer Elizabeth. The name just appeal to me a little more than Isabella and also, I loved the character Elizabeth from Pride and Prejudice too!

I don't think Elizabeth clashes with Elena, I think they're both very pretty and well, they start with "El" but I still think it would make a good sibset.
