I love the name Audrey. I think it's feminine and sophisticated. I don't think it matters that Kahtleen was Audrey Hepburn's middle name. I would guess that not too many people are aware of that. Audrey Genevieve is okay, but I prefer Audrey Kathleen.

I honestly don't care for the name Audrey, but strangely, I like Audra. How about Audra Genevieve? It sounds better to me than Audrey Genevieve does. Genevieve is a pretty name, but Audrey Genevieve has too many long "e" sounds. Audrey Patricia is nms. I used to love the name Patricia when I was younger, but now I don't care for the way it sounds. It would be fine to use Audrey Kathleen. Most people wouldn't even realize that this was Audrey Hepburn's full name.
